One more arrest has been made and charges have been filed against three rural Toeterville residents after Mitchell County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant at 1665 468th St and seized “numerous items indicating the growing and manufacturing of marijuana” including fertilizer, a ventilation system, suspected marijuana seeds, packaging, a digital scale, and a quantity of suspected marijuana. The arrests in Toeterville occurred on April 24th at approx. 5:04 pm. Arrested were Amanda D. O’Connor, 27, Karyl M. O’Connor, 53, and Shane J. O’Connor, 28. All three were charged with Unlawfully manufacturing a controlled substance, a class D felony. Also misdemeanor crimes of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were filed. All three have posted bond and are out of jail awaiting further court proceedings.
